It’s Freyday already?!?! As I was looking back on my week to see what cool thing I can share with you guys today I realized – I’ve had one heck of a random photography week! I feel so blessed to get to photograph so many things for clients and Bakersfield Life Magazine – and this week was no exception! It started on Monday with Lauren & Andrew for a post-wedding photo shoot up at Bass Lake (check them out next week on the blog!!)……
Then I drove from Bass Lake to Fort Tejon to hang out with Michaela and Lukious…..
Then I got to hang out at Steak and Grape to photograph owner Shia and some amazing food…..and yes, that shrimp and pesto pasta was as good as it looks!! YUM!
Then on Wednesday I got to hang out in downtown Bakersfield to photograph the “Heros and Helmets for Hope” event with Make-A-Wish and the Bakersfield Fire Department!
Thank you to everyone who donated at the 3 locations this week!
Then Thursday I got to work with my favorite Marketing Department – San Joaquin Community Hospital held a press conference to announce the new AIS Cancer Center that’s going to be completed there on Chester Avenue this December!
Look for the AIS team on the cover of the upcoming SJCH Magazine!
A few hours later, I was off to the Petroleum Club to photograph the fabulous Tiffany – one of four Women Bartenders that are included in the October issue of Bakersfield Life!
Next stops: BASQUE food! This week, I had the opportunity to visit/photograph/chow down at Pyrenees Cafe, Wool Growers, Benji’s, Noriega Hotel, and Narducci’s.
Look for all the images in the October issue of Bakersfield Life!! What an experience – loved the food and yes, I dared to try the cow’s tongue! (believe it mom!) I can say that I am not a fan but I am a fan of the family style dining! 😉
I feel so blessed for all of these wonderful opportunities to use my skills as a photographer! Thank you clients & Bakersfield Life Magazine for filling up my week with some amazing opportunities!
Have a great week you guys and remember….
