In the past 9 years I’ve been going with the Frey family up to the cabin at Bass Lake I’ve gotten to watch Andrew (the youngest Frey boy) grow from a middle school teenager into a man who has fallen in love with a wonderful woman and recently proposed!  I never imagined I would someday be photographing his engagement photos in between wake boarding and tubing – but that’s exactly what we did this last week!  I was honored and so excited they asked me to photograph their love and celebrate their engagement – so we enjoyed visiting the falls, our point, beach, and dock – everyday places we play at each summer and have meaning and a lot of fun back stories!  Ever since Andrew started dating Lauren, you could tell this one had something special about her and watching them date the last few years and having Lauren along at family dinners and vacations, I’ve come to look forward to spending time with her and getting to know her better!   There can never be enough estrogen when surrounded by all the guys and I’m so excited to see how happy she makes Andrew and I know they’ll have a wonderful life together.  Congratulations you two – here are some of my favorites!  Could you guys be any cuter?!

I would love to end this sweet, fun engagement session with a romantic silhouette-sunset photo – but feel the need to showcase the Frey boys and the two spectators during our photo shoot 😉  James and Eric – you two are weird.  And the 3 Frey boys together are an adventure, Lauren – they both come with Andrew, so be prepared! haha…gotta love them!
