Freyday – Pursuit 31 Conference at WinShape Retreat in Georgia!
So, I took some time this week to invest in my self…my photography business…but most importantly time to invest in my soul & relationship with the Lord. I was blessed to meet an amazing woman named Karen a few years ago at a photography workshop and we became been instant friends from day 1. I’m proud to say I’ve watched her blossom and create this group of women photographers who are in love with Christ – Pursuit 31 was born, and we had our first conference in Georgia this week at an amazing retreat called WinShape Resort! It’s on the amazing campus of Berry College and being that we were all photographers, were impressed with the gorgeous buildings, fields, animals and sunsets! So, I’d love to share with you all a little bit of the beauty that we were surrounded with and to be real with you on this “Frey” day post that I’m re-energized in trusting my Lord to work in me, through me and for me with this business but also my life and the adventures that await Eric and I in the upcoming months!
So, enjoy some photos with my takeaway notes that I’d like to share with you. And Thank you Karen, my love, and to my amazing Phoenix sisters, Liz, Amanda, and Denise and my roomie, Jaime. Love you all dearly! No joke, you’re in my life now and I can’t wait to see what great things come of our week together and these new friendships! Thank you to Katelyn for rocking my world and, to Mary for your amazing gifts, to Jody & Dawn for letting me be real and being there for all of us. Jane, Alicia and all the woman who shared, helped behind the scenes and made things happen…thank you!! I cannot wait for next year!!!!!

The food. Hello Southern Comfort food!! Fried chicken, ribs, mac and cheese, fried grits, collard greens…..wow. And sweet tea for every meal!
After eating all that fried food….got to try my hand at guiding a tandem bike. Lots of belly laughs for sure…thanks Jaime for trusting me!!
