On this day 7 years ago I married my best friend in a gorgeous Texas hill country rustic church in front of 180 friends and family members! I can’t believe that 7 years has already flown by and feel like our wedding was just yesterday. I decided to scan in some of our images to keep since a) Photographers weren’t typically shooting digital in 2004 and 2) we didn’t get any images on a disc for future use! So, bare with me on the coloring and contrasting issues, I don’t think I scanned them properly!
Hope you all have a great day, we are out celebrating and enjoying reminiscing about the happiest day of our lives 🙂
In my ‘wedding memory box’ I found all the note cards we had asked guests to write their advice and words of wisdom on as our ‘guest book’ and after going through them, I’d love to share!
Laugh a lot, forget the small stuff, dance, go camping and drink champagne for no reason! Love Ron and Pat

The photo below is the ONE I wanted my photographer to take….I wanted the image of Cinderella and Prince Charming in the carriage after the wedding type pose, and I got it! My favorite to this day:
Going through my album I found a ton that I’m posting of the day just to remember and share with family and friends….so here goes:
With my daddy before the ceremony!
First Kiss as Husband and Wife…freeze frame from my uncle Jimmy’s camera~
LOVE the military tradition of a saber arch! It was so much fun and I was anticipating the smack as you can tell…
There had been so much talk about being welcomed into the Marine Corps with a swat from TJ’s sword so I was really nervous about it!
Look at my glass slippers, Eric!!
Yes, Eric had miniature donkey’s as his surprise – carrying bottled waters to our guests on a hot June Texas day!
Our amazing wedding party!
All of Eric’s USNA friends who came all the way from Maryland + groomsmen!
Worst photo ever. The boys HATED this pose and it’s still discussed today what our photographer made them do. So un-natural and awkward. Makes me giggle 🙂
A Cinderella Lenox cake topper and engraved toasting flutes, you bet!
Love this photo with my grandpa….miss him so much!
Love my mommy…we had a dance to our soug – I Hope You Dance
My baby brother—who’s getting married himself here in less than a month!!!
Sparkler exit, you bet!
It’s a day I’ll never forget thanks to photos and our videographer! I’m so blessed that I get to post my couple’s weddings here as well and absolutely love my job and know the importance I hold each wedding day I am a part of! Thank you to my amazing family and friends who shared that day with us….we’ll be celebrating in a few weeks back in the hill country for my baby brother’s wedding! Can’t wait to see everyone soon! *Wedding photos by Aimage Photography
