Kiersten & Jerod – you two are wonderful together and I am thankful to have been there for your wedding day to document and celebrate alongside so many of your wonderful family and friends! Thank you for bringing me to the beautiful barn venue (Venue at Waterstone) in North Dallas – it was the perfect indoor ceremony site for a July wedding day in Texas!!
Your joy and love for one another is so evident and I know these photos will be cherished for generations to come. There were so many beautiful blue, navy and pink details, a fun ‘Father/Daughter” first look and the pre-ceremony prayer time that just took my breath away, not to mention the easiest 28 person wedding party I’ve ever had the honor of working with!!

(Also, it’s the hugest compliment ever when a fellow wedding vendor chooses you to photograph their wedding day, so thank you!! ) Congratulations!
One of my new favorite ‘trends’ on a wedding day is doing a First Look with your dad (and brother!). This was such a sweet and special moment for them to see Kiersten all dressed up in white ready to get married!

Another favorite moment from the day was setting up a quiet time for these two to hold hands, exchange letters and pray together before they said “I Do”. It was wonderful to witness and I know the Lord is going to bless these two and surround them with love and support! 
The beautiful wooden cross was hand made by the bride’s grandfather and I just loved the garland that Baylor Flowers created for it!

I don’t even know what to say! My mind is still reeling from the beauty of the barn and the expression on her dad’s face when he first saw her. Or maybe it was the entrance silhouette of her walking down the aisle which took my breath away. Or the sheer numbers of the bridesmaids! Either way: spectacular all round. Photography at it’s best.
